Where to watch 200 Halla Ho: Inspired by true events, 200 Halla Ho movie is set to uncover the shocking events and circumstances which led hundreds of Dalit women to take law and justice into their own hands and lynch an alleged gangster, robber, serial killer, serial rapist, in open court. The film is directed by Sarthak Dasgupta and features Saloni Batra, Amol Palekar, Rinku Rajguru, Sahil Khattar, Barun Sobti, Indraneil Sengupta and Upendra Limaye in pivotal roles.
The trailer of 200 Halla Ho was released on August 5, revealing that the film will be set in the context of atrocities against Dalit women. In the trailer, we see 200 Dalit women fight for justice against a serial molester and rapist. The Amol Palekar and Saloni Batra starrer is set for a direct OTT release on August 20.
Actor Saloni Batra, who has featured in Bollywood films like Taish, Uljhan – The Knot, Soni and Parchayee, opened up about the film, saying that it talks about injustice against women and further questions "the patriarchal streak that exists" in our society. She also added that 200 Halla Ho will address the kinds of problems that women face because of their gender and open up a discussion on caste oppression.
The film focuses on many women who faced molestation and harassment at hands of a local a gangster and his men for more than 15 years. Tired of abuse and apathy, the women unite and take matters into their own hands.
Sharing the trailer of the film on Instagram, Batra wrote, "This August, witness the uprising of 200 women against decades of injustice, inequality, and indifference. Watch them shake up an entire system." She plays the character of Purva Shahane, who is an activist and journalist. Actor Rinku Rajguru will be seen essaying the role of Asha Surve in the film, who is the voice of all oppressed women and "won't stop till justice is delivered" while actor Sahil Khatter plays the rape accused gangster in the movie.

200 Hallo Ho is all set to premiere on August 20 on Zee5 exclusively. You'll need a subscription of the OTT platform to be able to view the film.
