Popular SciFi retro series Stranger Things is coming back with its new season very soon. Matt and Ross Duffer's popular horror will be returning with its season 4 so that viewers could get answers to numerous questions built over in the past outings.
The series is about a group of friends who work together in order to save themselves and their town from paranormal activities and creatures. This quest starts when a mysterious young girl with superpowers lands in their small town and it begins to experience para-normal incidences. In season 4 viewers might find out about the fate of David Harbour's Jim Hopper, who we saw imprisoned in Russia at the end of season 3.
All About Stranger Things
Stranger Things is an American sci-fi and horror, which is set in the 1980's, in the fictional town of Hawkins, Indiana. There is a science research institute that does forbidden experiments. While they are successful in opening the portal to an alternate dimension known as "The Upside Down", they also introduce paranormal troubles in the lives of four friends Will, Mike, Dustin and Lucas who are helped by Eleven, a psychokinetic girl, to get out of the mess.

In March 2022, Netflix released the first look of the new season that aggravated fans' eagerness and confusion. The makers had shared stills from the show, with the caption, "First look images of Stranger Things 4 are here. The new season of Stranger Things arrives in 65 days! 6+5 = Eleven. Coincidence? Maybe, but we're still thrilled."
The cast of the new season includes Millie Bobby Brown as Eleven, Winona Ryder as Joyce, Finn Wolfhard as Mike, Gaten Matarazzo as Dustin, Noah Schnapp as Will, David Harbour, Caleb McLaughlin as Lucas. Actor Sadie Sink joined the group of friends as a regular cast member from season 2. Actors Natalia Dyer, Joe Keery, Charlie Heaton etc., too feature in key roles.
The series could finally tell us what exactly happened to Eleven, will Joyce and Hopper have a happy ending and will the town of Hopkins manage to block the gateway to upside down, or will it be engulfed by its alternate universe and take the entire world down with it?
When Is Stranger Things Next Season Release Date?
Stranger Things season 4 will consist of 9 episodes and will have two volumes which will premiere on May 27 and July 1, respectively, this year.
