The trailer for the sequel of 365 Days was unveiled earlier this month also revealing its release date. By the looks of it, fans should settle themselves in for a lot of drama, tension, mystery and sex.
Titled This Day, the film is based on the second book of a trilogy by author Blanka Lipinska. The cast of the film includes Anna-Marie Sieklucka, Michele Morrone, Otar Saralidze, Simone Susinna and Magdalena Lamparska in pivotal roles. The movie focuses on the events following Massimo and Laura's wedding and the family issues that they face. At the same time, there is a mysterious, good looking guy who has caught Laura's attention. On one hand, we see Massimo and Laura making love passionately but miscommunicating, on the other hand, we see Laura and the mysterious guy having secret rendezvous.
365 Days Part 2 Release Date
365 Days, with its mix of drama, mystery, torture, pain, love, passion and a lot more, was a hit among viewers, despite its controversial premise. Drug lord Massimo is bewitched by Laura, a stranger who he had become fascinated with just after a glance. He kidnaps Laura and tells her that he will be holding her for 365 days to make her fall in love with him. However, Laura loathes Massimo for treating her as an object. Eventually, Laura does fall in love with her kidnapper, a part that many viewers did find problematic.

The first movie saw the couple's wedding preparations being marred by Laura's accident, caused by Massimo's rival gang and hinted at her death towards the end. However, the sequel's ">trailer shows her safe and alive. While Laura and Massimo are still passionate about each other, the mafia boss' secretive nature, complex family equations and the arrival of a mysterious but attractive stranger in Laura's life begin to take a toll on their relationship.
This Day will try to infuse more drama into this twisted love story, while trying to keep the entertainment and erotica quotient cranked up. But will directors Tomasz Mandes and Barbara Białowas succeed in matching the popularity of the first film? We will have to wait and watch.
365 Days: This Day will start streaming on Netflix from April 27.
