Trisha Kar Madhu new film in pipeline? Bhojpuri actor Trisha Kar Madhu, who was recently in news after a private video of her went viral online, may have signed a big budget film. Reports suggest that the actor has been approached for a Bhojpuri film for which she has been offered a hefty fee.
According to news reports, Madhu has been approached to start in upcoming Bhojpuri film Namak Haram, directed by Vishwajeet Yadav and produced by Superna Yadav. The film will feature actor-singer Ashi Tiwari in a negative role. A poster of the film was recently released by its makers and its shooting will take place in Balia, Uttar Pradesh. While it is being reported that Madhu has been offered a big paycheck for the film, there is no confirmation from her, on whether or not she is on-board with the project.
Why was Trisha Kar Madhu in news?
In August this year, Trisha Kar Madhu made headline after intimate video of the actor with her boyfriend began circulating online. She was trolled relentlessly on social media for the video. The actor had pleaded with people to not share the video and not to forward it if they had received it, in order to stop the leak. Later, the actor had revealed that the video had been shot by her, however, she didn't know how it got leaked online.
"You all are saying that I made the video. Yes, we did make the video but I did not know that someone will backstab me. Anyone will do such a thing to degrade me, I never thought or I never knew," she said in a video shared on social media. She even asked popular Bhojpuri actor Pawan Singh to help her out. This led to further trolling of the actor as many alleged that she was unnecessarily trying to drag Singh into the controversy.
Shortly after the incident, yet another video of the actor went viral. This one, however, wasn't a personal clip, but a Bhojpuri song titled Jokhal Hawe Mor Balamua, sung by Ankush Raja.
Who is Trisha Kar Madhu?
Born and brought up in West Bengal, Madhu started her career as a model and then as an actor in Bengali films. A few years later she switch to working in Bhojpuri films. She made her debut in Bhojpuri entertainment with the series Hum Hai Hindustani. She is popular in the region for her dancing skills and has featured in many hit dance numbers. The actor will be soon seen in films like Jaani Dushman, Dulhan Ganga Paar Ke and Mukaddar.
