The Kashmir Files OTT Release Date: The Kashmir Files, starring Mithun Chakraborty, Anupam Kher, Darshan Kumaar, Pallavi Joshi and Chinmay Mandlekar, is all set to release on OTT platform. The exodus drama produced by Zee Studios and Tej Narayan Agarwal, Abhishek Agarwal, Pallavi Joshi and Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri was a big hit among the masses and this can be gauged by the fact that it earned Rs 14 crore on the first day of its release on 1 March. Not only this, it is also the first Hindi film to cross the ₹250-crore-mark at the box office. With this, it has also broken all the records in the post-pandemic era.

With its OTT release, the movie can now be watched across 190+ countries in multiple languages including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada.
Plot
Written and directed by Vivek Agnihotri, the movie is a heart-wrenching true story based on video interviews of the first-generation victims of The Kashmir Genocide of Kashmiri Pandit community. Owing to its popularity, the film was even exempted from paying entertainment tax in Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, and Haryana. Besides this, Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri also took to Twitter to post videos of people's reactions wherein people can be seen crying after leaving the theatre.
