With its initial trailer, which introduces a number of fresh faces as the film's lead characters, The Archies has already made a splash. Along with a remarkable group of actors, musicians, and dancers in the form of Dot, Vedang Raina, Mihir Ahuja, and Yuvraj Menda, there are the famous children Suhana Khan, Agastya Nanda, and Khushi Kapoor.

The Archies Cast Update

The first look at the Indian version of the Archie Comics characters and stories was previously unveiled by the film's creators. While many people welcomed the novel perspective, several people on the internet complained that it was unappealing or too "Western" for an Indian audience. In addition, Akhtar provided more information about the movie, saying, "We have placed it in the Anglo-Indian community in India and can't wait to transfer you to the magical, made-up town of Riverdale."

Tara Sharma Saluja, a content creator and actor who has played a brief role in the film has recently shared a photo with her co-actors Khushi Kapoor and Suhana Kapoor. She wrote, "Not on set so not revealing anything but suffice to say it is a pleasure working with and getting to know you lovely ladies and all the rest of the fab cast and crew too ❤️. My role is only little so time spent not huge but in the time we spend together, must say I am so impressed by all your warmth, professionalism, talent amd humilty ah and sense of fun. All you kids kids! ". Saluja will be playing the character of Agastya Nanda's mother in the film.

The role of Veronica Lodge will be played by Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan's daughter Suhana Khan. The Grey Part of Blue is a short film in which Suhana has previously worked. Khushi Kapoor, the daughter of producer Boney Kapoor and late actor Sridevi, will play Betty Cooper. Agastya Nanda, the grandson of Amitabh Bachchan and the great-grandson of Raj Kapoor, will play Archie Andrews, the main character.

Also, Mihir Ahuja, a dancer, beatboxer, and voice actor will play the role of Jughead Jones. The actor has previously appeared in movies like Stage of Siege, Dolly Aur Kitty Ke Chamakte Sitare, and Super 30. The actor Yuvraj Menda, a fashion influencer, will portray Dilton Doiley. His most recent dance collaboration with Taneesho, in which they also appeared, received more than 8 lakh Instagram views. The part of Reggie Mantle will be portrayed by well-known actor and musician Vedang Raina. Dot is a rock musician, singer and songwriter who can be seen as Midge Klump.
