Taapsee Anurag IT raids- actor and director are back to shooting their film together: Filmmaker Anurag Kashyap and actor Taapsee Pannu are back to shooting their film Do Baaraa. Both Pannu and Kashyap came under the scanner of the Income Tax department recently, which conducted raids on their properties.
Kashyap took to Twitter on March 6 to reveal that he and Pannu were back to the shoot. "and we restart our shoot #DoBaaraa," he wrote in his tweet, also posting a picture in which he can be seen sitting on Pannu's lap while the latter laughs.
On Saturday, Pannu tweeted for the first time after the news about IT raids being conducted on her properties broke. In her Twitter thread, she even addressed the statement made by Indian Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on the income tax raids. Read more about it here.
Do Baaraa is a sci-fi film based on the concept of time-travel. Speaking about his film, Kashyap said in an interview, "Our vision with Dobaaraa is to bring a fresh, new story to the audience and I am very excited for it. This will be my third collaboration with Taapsee and this time the attempt is to bring an interesting new take on thrillers. After all, this is my first with Cult Movies."
The film's lead Taapsee Pannu said, "This is going to be one of its kind thriller."
