Sussanne Khan mother: Well-known interior designer Sussanne Khan's mother, Zarine Katrak, celebrates her birthday on July 12. Paying homage to her mother, Khan on Monday shared a birthday note on Instagram. Khan, who was previously married to actor Hrithik Roshan, also shared a couple of pictures with her note, in which she features alongside her mother and her family on Monday.

Giving her fans and followers a glimpse of the intimate celebration, Khan wrote, "Strong women don't play victim, they don't make themselves look pitiful, they may have a storm in their hearts, yet their smile will be filled with love and forgiveness. The thing is that they absolutely adore life and realise nothing is worth complaining about."
The photos share by Khan featured her Hrehaan and Hridhaan, her father, actor Sanjay Khan and her sister Farah Ali Khan.
She coupled the note with some pictures of the family gathering to mark Katrak's birthday on social media. Actor Shilpa Shetty Kundra commented on the post writing, "Happy birthday Zarine aunty wishing you all in abundance." Actor Neelam Kothari, too, wished Khan's mother on her birthday.
Khan's sister and jewellery designer Farah Khan Ali too shared a post on her mother's birthday, writing, “Happy birthday Mom. You are my world." Ali, who was also featured in the snaps, called her the "coolest mom in the world" and praised her for holding the family together. Celebrities like Maheep Kapoor, Saba Ali Khan Pataudi, Dabboo Ratnani and others wished Katrak in the comments section of the posts shared by her daughters.

Zarine Khan tied the knot with actor Sanjay Khan in 1966. They have four children together- Sussane Khan, Farah Khan Ali, Simone Arora and Zayed Khan
Her daughter Sussanne Khan is the founder of The Charcoal Project. She married Roshan in 2000, but the couple parted ways in 2014. They have been co-parenting their two sons ever since.
In March this year, Sussanne Khan made headlines after news reports suggested that she was dating actor Aly Goni's brother Arslan Goni. "They have known each other for more than six months now. They met through common friends from the TV world. But recently, the two have gotten close.
