South Indian Women Actors In Bollywood have found the same love they received while working in the regional cinema industry. Actors from regional cinema are being roped in more by filmmakers of the Hindi cinema industry giving them one more platform to display their skills and the audiences are loving it.
Veteran actors like Rajnikanth, Nagarjuna, late Sridevi, and others have featured in Hindi-language films and were loved by the audience. Their performances mesmerised the audience and their contribution to Bollywood has been remarkable.
In recent times, many more actors from the South Indian film industries have collaborated with Bollywood filmmakers. Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Priyamani’s stint in Amazon Prime Series The Family Man season 2 was lauded by the audience and critics alike. The two actors essayed their roles with grace which was appreciated by everyone.

Shalini Pandey
Shalini Pandey is an Indian actor and model who works predominantly in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu-language films. She made her film debut with the Telugu romance-drama film Arjun Reddy as Preeti. Pandey made her Tamil debut in 2019 with 100% Kadhal. She will be next seen in her upcoming Hindi debut film Jayeshbhai Jordaar in May 2022 along with actor Ranveer Singh.
Rashmika Mandanna
Rashmika Mandanna works predominantly in Telugu and Kannada-language films. The actor is best known for her films Kirik Party and Pushpa: The Rise. Along with these her films like Anjani Putra, Chalo, Geetha Govindam, Yajamana, Sarileru Neekevvaru, and Bheeshm among others were also quite successful. Reportedly, Mandanna is working on two Hindi-language films including Sidharth Malhotra-starrer Mission Majnu and Goodbye alongside legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan.
Nayanthara
South Indian actor Nayanthara is often referred to as the Lady Superstar of the South Indian film industry. She is mainly seen in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam cinemas. She is best known for her roles in Bodyguard, Ghajini and Bigil among others. She made her Kannada debut in 2010 with Super, her only Kannada film. According to reports, Nayanthara will be soon starring alongside Shah Rukh Khan in her upcoming untitled Bollywood debut. There are reports that claim that the film will be based on popular Netflix series Money Heist, however, this has not been official confirmed yet.
Taapsee Pannu
Indian actor Taapsee Pannu made her film debut in 2010 with the Telugu-language film Jhummandi Naadam. Over the years, she has become a popular face in the Hindi-film industry as well. Pannu made her Bollywood debut in the 2013 romance-comedy Chashme Baddoor. The actor has given promising performances in Hindi movies like Pink, Naam Shabana, Badla, Thappad, Soorma and many others. Taapsee Pannu will be next seen in the biopic of Indian female cricketer and Captain of Indian women's cricket team Mithali Raj in Shabaash Mithu.
Genelia D'Souza
Actor Genelia D'Souza will be making her comeback in the entertainment industry after almost 10 years in a forthcoming untitled Telugu film. D'Souza has also been seen in various Bollywood films like Jaane Tu... Ya Jaane Na, Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya, Chance Pe Dance, Force and Life Partner among others. The actor is also working on a Hindi film project titled Mister Mummy with her husband Riteish Deshmukh as the co-star.

Ileana D'Cruz
Ileana D'Cruz has featured in both Telugu and Hindi-language films. She made her film debut with the Telugu film Devadasu and her Bollywood debut with Anurag Basu's 2013 film Barfi!. The film was highly acclaimed by critics and the audience and also earned international recognition. The actor was last seen in Abhishek Bachchan-starrer The Big Bull, which is based on the life of Harshad Mehta.
