Sita Ramam Hindi Trailer Out, Film To Release On This Date

Fans were thrilled when Sita Ramam premiered in theatres on August 5. The film performed better than expected and became a hit at the box office. Sita Ramam, a period music romantic drama with a spice of action, starring Dulquer Salmaan and Mrunal Thakur, is now set to be released in Hindi.

Sita Ramam was released in Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam on August 5, and it is still doing well at the box office. The movie became both a critical and a financial smash. Hanu Raghavapudi directed Sita Ramam demonstrates how humanity transcends all other factors, such as conflict, boundaries, and religion. The romance drama is set in the 1960s. The story depicts an intense bond between two lovers. Sita Mahalakshmi writes secret love letters to Lieutenant Ram, an orphaned army man posted at the Kashmir border. Ram departs in search of Sita to confess his love. 

Mrunal Thakur is playing Sita, while Salmaan is playing Lt. Ram. Rashmika Mandana also played a significant role in the movie. Among the cast members of Sita Ramam are Gautham Vasudev Menon, Sumanth, Prakash Raj, and Bhumika Chawla. Aswini Dut produced the film. 

With this movie, Thakur made her Telugu film debut. She remarked, "I could not have wished for a greater debut in any of the Southern movies. It's amazing how much love I've been receiving. And above all, it is a beautiful and sweet story, and I am delighted that the movie is being dubbed in Hindi so that it will reach more people." Further added, "I am practically getting the best of both worlds as an actor." Recently, she was featured alongside Shahid Kapoor in the sports drama Jersey.

Salmaan has also shared the trailer for the film's Hindi-dubbed version. He wrote on Twitter: "After the unanimous in Telugu, Tamil & Malayalam Sita Ramam arrives in Hindi in cinemas on Sept 2. Watch the trailer now. Sita Ramam @dulQuer @mrunal0801 @iamRashmika. (sic)"

The film is now slated for release in theatres for Hindi viewers. It will be released on 2 September.
