Singer Aditya Narayan And Wife Shweta Welcome Baby Girl

Aditya Narayan daughter: Singer and television host Aditya Narayan and his Shweta Agarwal have become parents to a lovely baby daughter. She was born on February 24. He took to his social media handle to share the great news today ( on 4 March, 2022).

“Shweta & I feel extremely grateful to share that the almighty has blessed us with a beautiful baby daughter on 24.2.22 ♥️🙏🏼@ibtida.co @thehouseontheclouds.", reads the caption of the Instagram post that he shared. The photo he shared was his wedding photo where he can be seen applying ‘sindoor’ on her. Here's the Instagram post which has got 74.4k likes so far. Around 1000 people have commented on the post.

A lot of people from the industry also congratulated the couple by commenting on the post. Shantanu Maheshwari, who was recently seen in Gangubai Kathiawadi, wrote, "Congratulations to you both!!!" Actor Anushka Sen also congratulated them.

In an interview with ETimes in January, he had expressed his desire to have a daughter. “I would love to have a daughter because fathers are closest to their daughters," he told ETimes.

He also explained that his admiration for his wife has increased post his wife's delivery. "I was with Shweta when she delivered, and I seriously feel that only a woman can show the kind of strength and perseverance to go through this and bring a child into this world. My love and respect for Shweta has doubled now," Aditya added.

Aditya Narayan and Shweta dated for 10 years before getting hitched on December 1 2020 at the ISKCON temple in the Juhu suburb of Mumbai. It was an intimate wedding due to the restrictions of the Covid-19 pandemic. The duo had met on the sets of their film Shaapit over a decade ago. That's when their friendship started. Shweta has also appeared in feature films such as Raghavendra (2003) and Tandoori Love (2008).
