Shraddha Kapoor's relationship with celebrity photographer boyfriend Rohan Shrestha has reportedly ended. The couple are yet to make official statement regarding it.
Despite the fact that they never made their relationship public, anytime they were spotted together, the media usually reported rumours of their alleged relationship as well as marriage updates.
Kapoor who is said to have signed up for more than six films in the years 2022–2023, recently posed in a bridal outfit for pictures photographed by Shrestha and this made headlines. She has Pankaj Parashar's Chaalbaaz In London and Vishal Furia's Nagin in the process, in addition to her untitled next starring Ranbir Kapoor, which is directed by Luv Ranjan. Shraddha Kapoor and Rohan's rumoured romance was first reported in 2018. According to a report in 2019, the couple has been in an on-again, off-again romance since January. Report further said, Kapoor made the decision to end their relationship, and the couple split up in February. The justification given, however, was that they both had work commitments.
Another report from 2021 stated that Shraddha Kapoor's father, Shakti Kapoor, stated in an interview that Shrestha hasn't asked for Shraddha's hand in marriage, while he stated that if and when she tells him she's ready to settle down, he will back her.
Shakti Kapoor told a leading daily that Shrestha was a family friend, and he had known his father for many years. He said, "He comes to see us frequently, but he hasn't asked for Shraddha's hand for marriage. Furthermore, today's children make these decisions on their own. He will readily agree if his daughter informs him that she has picked a life partner". He added, "But at this moment, they are focused on their professions, Marriage is a significant decision, and the way individuals break up occasionally upsets me. Before making such a decision, one must be certain. "
