K-drama 'Shooting Stars' To Conclude Soon; Read Details Of Episode 13 Release Here

The South Korean drama Shooting Stars has certainly become an audience favourite series. Featuring Lee Sung-Kyung and Kim Young-Dae in lead roles, the k-drama revolves around Oh Han Byul (Sung-Kyung), the head of an entertainment agency’s public relations team, and Kim Young Dae’s Gong Tae Sung, a popular star.

The show started on April 22, 2022, and two episodes are broadcast each week on Friday and Saturday. It's broadcast on tvN, but you can also watch it on Viu, a Hong Kong-based video streaming service. The series' 12th episode has just aired, and here is a written update on the episode as well as the 13th episode's release date.

Shooting Stars Episode 12:

Episode 12 titled Rumours Of A Rumour shows Han-Byul protecting Tae-Sung from the media and Do Soo-hyuk (Lee Jung-shin) assists her by chasing them away. A sick Tae-Sung is taken to the hospital by Jung-Yeol (Jin Ho-Eun), who comes just in time and meanwhile Han-Byul deals with the rumours surrounding Tae-Sung and Si-Woo.

Even though she denies the rumours, speculations are rife on the internet. These rumours sparked after Min-Kyu (Lee Han-Ik) sent some reporters a mail and pictures of the rumoured couple. The media outlets were initially questioning their relationship which eventually became dating rumour. The rumours slander Tae-Sung and portray him as an awful person.

All these rumours cost Tae-Sung his career as the director cancels his shoot; they decide that if things spiral further, they will also replace him. His colleague Da-Hye (Jang Hee-Ryung) takes a stand and refuses to work on the show without him. She requests the director to shoot individual shots until his return.

Meanwhile, a tabloid journalist Ki-Ppeum declines to write a speculative and defamatory piece about Tae-Sung and stands up to her employer knowing she might be fired. Her supervisor expects her to write what others want to read, even if it isn't accurate. It ends on a poignant note much to the viewers' dismay.

Shooting Stars Episode 13 Release Date:

The upcoming Shooting Stars episodes 13 and 14 will air on Friday, June 3, and on Saturday, June 4. The show will conclude the following weekend with the completion of episode 16. The following is the release schedule: the 15th episode will air on June 10 and the 16th episode will air on June 11.
