Directed by Sarang Sathaye and Paula McGlynn, the founders of Marathi content page - Bharatiya Digital Party (BhaDiPa), the show is the story of three best friends – Shreyas, Dinar and Prasanna. The trailer of Shantit Kranti begins with the friends reaching Goa to deal with issues like relationship insecurities, the uncertainty of life, unfulfilled dreams and to find 'shanti' of course.

However, instead of landing up Goa's beaches to blow off some steam, they end up at retreat where they are expected to cut off from the outside world, to get in touch with their inner self. The trio has to make do with chai, instead of alcohol, practice yoga and survive without any cell phone network. Will they even make it through one day?

Sathaye and McGlynn said that the show brings fresh perspectives and learnings in a light-hearted manner. "The road trip, the stories, the memories created and the experience, all bring back nostalgia, unlimited laughter, and lessons for life. The story will definitely resonate with our viewers and we’re hoping that they sit back and enjoy this ride," they added.
