Bollywood actor Sara Ali Khan has made a contribution to the Sonu Sood Foundation to provide COVID-19 relief.
Her contribution will help in purchasing oxygen cylinders for COVID-19 patients, who are struggling against during the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic in India. Actor Sonu Sood took to Twitter to laud Sara Ali Khan, for coming out to help during these tough times.

Sara Ali Khan has been occupied with amplifying SOS calls from her followers on Instagram. She often tags Sonu Sood and his foundation in order to get help. Many other celebrities such as Bhumi Pednekar, Taapsee Pannu, Alia Bhatt, Hrithik Roshan, Priyanka Chopra are also engaged in providing relief to COVID-19 patients.
On Friday, Bollywood actor Anushka Sharma and her husband Virat Kohli posted a video on social media, in which they spoke about the COVID-19 crisis. “It really pains us to see our country suffer like this. We are grateful to all the people who have been fighting for us day and night. Their dedication is appreciated,” they said.
They announced that they will be launching a fundraiser called ‘In This Together' for COVID-19 relief. The couple aims to raise a total of 7 crores through this fundraiser. So far, the couple has raised nearly Rs 3.6 crore in donations. They were overwhelmed with the fact that more than 50 per cent of the amount was raised in just 24 hours.
