Sapna Chaudhary Accused Of Criminal Conspiracy

Sapna Chaudhary: An FIR has been filed against singer Sapna Chaudhary with the Delhi Police's Economic Offences Wing where she is charged with criminal conspiracy, cheating and misappropriation of funds.  

The FIR filed on Wednesday was the result of a complaint by Pawan Chawla, director of a celebrity and event management firm named P&M Movies PVT. Ltd. According to Chawla, Sapna Chaudhary made an agreement with him according to which she couldn't work with any other company. 

The FIR also states, "The accused persons have committed a breach of trust and misappropriated huge amount collected by organising several events clandestinely. The intention of the accused was to extract money by way of a loan extended to over ₹ 3.5 crores on the pretext of the emergent need for the purchase of a house and other emergencies."

Chawla also alleged that Sapna Chaudhary opened an office with his company name in Gurgoan and also involved one of his employees in her venture. He further accused Chaudhary of intimidating him when he asked her to abide by the agreement. 

According to the police, the investigations of the case are underway.
