Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar release date, trailer and more: The second trailer of Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar was released on Tuesday, revealing that the film is set to release on March 19. The film stars actors Parineeti Chopra and Arjun Kapoor in lead and is directed by Dibaker Banerjee of Khosla Ka Ghosla fame.

Here are five things to know about Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar:

1. The film was supposed to release last year but due to the pandemic, its release got postponed. Now the film will come to theatres on March 19, 2021. Filmmaker Dibaker Banerjee's film got a second trailer for those who "want fresh insights into the crazy adventures of Sandy and Pinky," he said announcing the release date today. "And I still want couples, families, and friends fighting about whose film it was -- Sandy or Pinky -- with masks on, at a theatre next door. I want all of us to be safe, be entertained, and reclaim a bit of our lost lives --like Sandy and Pinky in the film," the Detective Byomkesh Bakshy! director added.

2. Arjun Kapoor plays a cop named Pinky from Haryana, while Parineeti Chopra essays the role of a woman with a corporate background named Sandeep in this crime-thriller

3. Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar also stars Jaideep Ahlawat, Raghubir Yadav and Neena Gupta in key roles.

4. This is Kapoor and Chopra's third film together. Previously the two have worked together in films like Ishaqzaade and Namaste England.

5. The first trailer of the flim was released in March, last year.
