Regional films uphold the culture and authenticity of a particular section of the vast country of India. The regional actors connect and represent the people way more correctly than how those regions get represented in mass Bollywood films. Watching films in theatres has become a luxury post covid as for the longest time people were restricted to do it. The Y

Girideva Raj's Hindi directorial debut The Y is being released in theatres today. The ">film is a story about paranormal activities occurring in a house that the lead couple moved into recently. They receive a gift from an unknown source and it led to a turn of events, the journey of them cracking the mystery is what makes you sit on the edge of your seats while you watch it. It is a good watch if you are not scared of horror films and want to have a good time this weekend.

Kutch Express

Starring Ratna Pathak Shah, Manasi Parekh and Dharmendra Gohil, the film shows the story of a journey of love and life that a simple family goes through. This Gujarati film takes topics like extra-marital affairs and women's empowerment and shows them beautifully. This is a family watch perfect for the weekend.

Mr Bachelor

Directed by Naidu Bhandar the film is a romantic story played by Darling Krishna and Nimika Ratnakar. The Kannada film revolves around the life of a bachelor man who is looking for a bride and his resurgence as an action hero from being a simple man due to changes in circumstances. Could be an entertaining watch for the family.

Spooky College

Debutant director Bharat G  releases his Spooky College today. It stars Kushee Ravi and Vivek Simha and is produced by H K Prakash. The protagonist of this horror film, Khushi returns to college after she took a break and finds out that the college itself is in trouble due to paranormal activities from the past which kill some students. Khushi tries to find out how to solve this problem.

Vindhya Victim Verdict V3

It is a Tamil crime drama film that revolves around the rape and murder of a person and how the system fails to provide justice to the victim but with an interesting ending. The film can be a good watch if you want to believe in social justice and that good and evil exist in this world.
