'Can't Leave My Little Ones', Preity Zinta To Skip This Year's IPL Auction

Preity Zinta IPL auction: Punjab kings co-owner and actor Preity Zinta will be skipping this year's Indian Premier League's mega auction. She took to social media to inform everyone about the same. Preity informed her fans that she will be not be able travel to Bengaluru. Reason? She is not in a position to leave her twins at home alone and can’t travel from US back to India. The 2022 mega auction will be taking place in Bengaluru on February 12 and 13.

“This year I’m going to miss the IPL Auction as I cannot leave my little ones  & travel to India. The last couple of days have been hectic discussing d auction & all things cricket with our team. I wanted to reach out to our fans & ask them if they hv any player suggestions or recommendations for our new team.  I would love to know who you wanna see in the red jersey this year. Bring it on folks… I’m all ears #iplauction #throwback,” Preity informed in a Twitter post on Friday (February 11).

According to her latest Instagram post, she plans to watch the auction on television. In the post, she explained how she was excited for the new PBKS squad. "Let’s execute our plans and stay focused", she wrote. The picture she has put features the actor's baby held close to her.

Preity and her husband Gene Goodenough had announced the birth of their twin children through surrogacy in November last year. Their children’s names are Jai Zinta Goodenough and Gia Zinta Goodenough.
