We may also be much more tired than usual and have mood swings more often. A negative mood may make us more likely to have unhealthy or negative thoughts about our bodies.”

"Pregnancy stage is a normal part of life that does not last forever and should be celebrated rather than viewed as a cause of stress."
Unfair And Unreasonable Expectations From A Pregnant Women:
The unreasonable expectations that modern culture places on women's bodies remains a point of contention. As everyone knows, a woman's body goes through a lot of changes during pregnancy, from internal hormonal changes to external bodily changes.
This does not only happen to famous stars in the film industry; it happens to almost every woman in our society at least once throughout her pregnancy, whether she lives in the villages or the city.
Look at the double standards. The woman is encouraged to eat well throughout her pregnancy, and once the pregnancy is over, people want her to lose weight rather quickly because her body does not appear perfect or thin.
