Pooja Hegde Thalapathy 65 fee: Pooja Hedge will be playing the female lead in the upcoming Tamil movie, Thalapathy 65 alongside actor Vijay. Sources reveal that Hegde has earned her highest ever fee for this Nelson Dilipkumar film.
According to a report, Pooja Hegde, who made her Hindi film debut opposite Hrithik Roshan in Mohenjo Daro, has been paid Rs three crore for Thalapathy 65.
Despite receiving multiple offers, Hegde gave a go-ahead to Thalapathy 65 because she really wanted to work with Vijay. “She couldn’t miss out on the opportunity of working with Vijay and came on board the film instantly. She cleared her date diaries and went out of the way to come on board, Thalapathy 65” revealed a source.
Two weeks ago, Hegde had shared the announcement on starring opposite Vijay f through her Instagram post. "SUPER DUPER EXCITED to be on board this grand film with the fantastic Vijay Sir," she wrote.
Apart from this movie, Hegde also has her hands full with films like Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali with Salman Khan which she will start shooting in October after wrapping up Thalapathy 65. Hegde will also star in Cirkus, opposite Ranveer Singh. She has also finished shooting for another upcoming film Radhe Shyam in which the actor will be seen on screen with Prabhas.
On March 11, Hegde shared the poster of her upcoming film with Prabhas on Instagram. Expected to release on July 30, Radhe Shyam also stars Bhagyashree, Krishnam Raju, Kunaal Roy Kapoor and Sachin Khedekar. The multi-lingual project's teaser was released this year on the eve of Valentine's Day. This period film was shot extensively in locations like Hyderabad, Turin in Italy and Georgia, before its scheduled was disrupted by the pandemic last year in March. Read more on that here.
