Pitchers Season 2 To Release Soon! Details Here

For its second season, TVF is bringing Pitchers back, after a wait of seven long years. Pitchers will be back with new and old faces and the continuation of the existing plot.

In the second season of the ZEE5 programme, where the start-up is on the verge of expansion, Ridhi Dogra, Sikander Kher, and Ashish Vidyarthi join Naveen Kasturia, Arunabh Kumar, Abhay Mahajan, Abhishek Banerjee, and Gopal Dutt.

Pitchers Season 2 Release

Amit Golani directed the first season of the show, while Biswapati Sarkar, who also played Puneet in the two episodes, wrote the scripts. Tu Beer Hai, And Then There Were Four, The Jury Room, Bulb Jalega Boss, and Where Magic Happens were the five episodes of the first season.

The narrative of four entrepreneurs who quit their professions to start their own businesses and overcame all obstacles to do so is told in  Pitchers. In addition to Jitendra Kumar as Jitendra Maheshwari, the film also stars Naveen Kasturia as Naveen Bansal, Arunabh Kumar as Yogendra Kumar Pandey, Abhay Mahajan as Sourabh Mandal and Abhishek Banerjee as Bhati. Ridhi Dogra, Sikander Kher, and Ashish Vidyarthi will appear in Pitchers 2 as potential entrants in the second season. This time the plot is supposed to have the characters of Anurabh Kumar and Abhishek Bannerjee as the leads. The plot will continue as 2. 5 years after their tech start-up Pragati, an AI was created.

Pitchers' director Vaibhav Bundhoo said in a statement about the upcoming season: "Season 2 of Pitchers is going to be a level up not just in terms of story but also visually. The characters have evolved and so has the world of start-ups which they have to navigate. This show has always been about offering something new to the audience and we hope to live up to the love of the fans.”

Pitchers creator Arunabh Kumar stated that the show is likely one of the most anticipated in India and he is appreciative of the fans' unconditional support ever since its premiere. In these modern times, he said, they sought to portray the narrative of aspirant Indians, and they can't wait for everyone to see it.

Actor Sikander Kher is thrilled to be a part of Pitchers Season 2. It shouldn't have taken this long for the revival of the legendary show Pitchers, he told Mid-Day. But now that it has returned and he is a part of it, he can not be happier. He has a great deal of admiration for what the team has accomplished because the show inspired numerous entrepreneurs.

This Christmas on ZEE5, the second season of Pitchers will premiere.
