American businesswoman Paris Hilton opened up about being sexually abused during her time at boarding school. Earlier, In 2020 she opened up about being abused mentally, emotionally, and physically at the Provo Canyon School in Utah during her teenage years. This time she gave more detailed accounts.
The 41-year-old socialite alleged that she was sexually abused during medical examinations at boarding school and didn't understand what was happening to her. She claimed in a report that the school would "perform cervical exams" routinely on the students and didn't understand what was happening during the "very scary" ordeal.

Hilton reportedly said that very late at night, this would be around like three or four in the morning. They would take other girls including me into an aloof room and perform medical exams. It was not even a legit doctor but a couple of staff members. These people would lay us on the table and put their fingers inside of us. The whole episode was scary, had no idea what were they doing. This is something I really had blocked out for many years."
Further, This is Paris star added these memories of the alleged abuse have haunted her for a while. She suffered the memories coming back all the time and now realised that whatever happened then had a sexual element to it. And now, looking back as an adult, that was definitely sexual abuse.
Hilton detailed the experience in a series of tweets. Hilton alleged that "she was forced to lie down on a padded table and open her legs as she cried. Sleep-deprived and heavily medicated, I didn't understand what was happening."
"I was forced to lie on a padded table, spread my legs submit to cervical exams. I cried while they held me down and said, 'No!' They just said, 'Shut up. Be quiet. Stop struggling or you'll go to Obs. It's important to open up about these painful moments so I can heal and help put an end to this abuse."
Unsilencesd.org, an NGO Initiative that works for children suffering from child abuse tweeted, "This is ridiculous. 50 years of reported abuse, lawsuits, and licensing violations at PCS. Last year, there were over 300+ reported incidents of restraint and seclusion at Provo Canyon School. We have all the DHS records and news stories."
