We are already halfway through January 2023, and so far, the OTT platforms have served us with a variety of genres and binge-worthy content, so it's finally the time to update your binge-watch list for the third week of January, which will have an array of fantastic films and series releasing this week for you to choose from.

Mission Majnu

Starring Rashmika Mandanna and Sidharth Malhotra, Mission Majnu will be released on 20th January on the OTT giant Netflix, the movie has already created hype among the audience after the release of its trailer, and the viewers are waiting eagerly for its release. The movie is based on true events and revolves around the story of an Indian undercover spy, who is on a mission to expose a covert nuclear weapons program taking place in a city in Pakistan. However, this mission won't be easy as there will be several obstacles on the way. It also stars Kumud Mishra, Sharib Hashmi, Parmeet Sethi, Zakir Hussain and Mir Sarwar.

Chhatriwali

Rakul Preet Singh starrer Chhatriwali is releasing on 20th January only on Zee5. The story is about a girl named Sanya played by Rakul Preet Singh who is a tester for condoms, the movie portrays the much-debated topic of sex education and also talks about the hoax around male contraceptives and safe sex. Apart from Rakul, the movie also stars Sumeet Vyas.

Fauda Season 4

The superhit Israeli series Fauda starring Lioz Raz is all set to return with its season 4 on January 20, only on Netflix. The series is a drama full of action about the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. After getting premiered at the 53rd International Film Festival of India it quickly gained a lot of popularity. Now Season 4 will of the series will move beyond the boundaries of Israel, Donor(Lior Raz) will be facing a threat which will make him move across the continents to the most difficult mission of all time.

The Last Of Us

The Last of Us is a nine-episode mini-series which will be released on January 20th only on Disney+Hotstar, with a plot similar to the popular 2013 PlayStation game, where a survivor helps a teenage girl escape a quarantine zone battling bloodthirsty zombies the series features Pedro Pascal, Gabriel Luna, Bella Ramsey and Nick Offerman.

Dhamaka

Starring the South Indian superstar Ravi Teja and Sreeleela in lead roles, the movie revolves around two total strangers who look completely alike, one a small street hustler and the other one a wealthy corporate heir and how they compete for the love of the same woman. Although the movie was released last December in the theatres and received a lot of love from the audience, now it's all set to release on the OTT giant Netflix on January 22nd.
