Additionally, talking about their love story, Bedi was playing for the Delhi Under-19 cricket team, while Dhupia was getting ready for the Miss India contest. For Bedi, it was love at first sight. Later, they both encountered one another in Mumbai at the party of a mutual acquaintance, where they "friended" one other and began conversing. In May 2018, Dhupia and Bedi exchanged vows in a small ceremony at a Delhi gurudwara. When they were married, She was three months pregnant. The 18th of November 2018 was the day when Mehr entered their life. Later, last year they became the proud parents of son Guriq.

On work front, Dhupia as last seen in the film A Thursday alongside Yami Gautam. The movie was released on Disney+ Hotstar in February. Dhupia shot the film, while she was pregnant with Guriq.
