Actor Neena Gupta got the second jab of the COVID-19 vaccine and encouraged her fans to do the same.
She had earlier made headlines when she got the first dose. In the video, she was seen to be panicking about being injected and all her fans who have the fear of injections instantly connected with her. Gupta seems to have overcome her fears as she can be seen taking the second dose with extreme calm.

The 61-year-old actor took to her official Instagram account to share a video of her receiving the second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine on April 17. In the video, she said, "I am getting my second dose done, the first dose you saw me how I was doing mummy and all that. Now, this dose I am not doing because Pehle mein aise hi darr lag raha tha."
It is evident that the Badhaai Ho star has overcome her needle phobia and is now doing okay with injections. She further mentioned in the comment section that the doctors and nurses were very helpful in the matter. She wrote, " Thank you, Uttarakhand for an amazing neat and clean medical centre with very courteous and helpful doctors and nurses." The actor has been spending time in her hill house in Mukhteshwar.
The comment section of her video post was flooded with hearts and hugs emojis while others congratulated her for her bravery.
In the previous video, Gupta was seen to be very open about her fear of injections back in the month of March while getting her first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. The actor screamed out "mummy..." in front of the camera out of fear. The video received more than 4 lakh views around the internet.
The actor was last seen in the comedy film Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar. She has appeared in a lot of new-age roles in movies like Badhaai Ho in which she played the character of a woman who conceived in her late 40's. Her other roles include playing the mother of a homosexual boy in Shubh Mangal Zyaada Saavdhan, Mulk, Masaba Masaba and Panchayat.
