Mirzapur 3 Trailer: Guddu Bhaiya In Bloody Race For Power Throne

The creators of Mirzapur recently released a new trailer and shared additional details about the plot. The trailer opens with Guddu Bhaiya (Ali Fazal) dramatically taking charge by smashing the statue of Tripathi in the centre of a chowk with a hammer. However, several other contenders are vying for the throne, including Vijay Varma's Bharat Tyagi. As the trailer concludes, Tripathi emerges from the shadows, vowing to reclaim the throne and the empire he built with his late father.

The narrative intensifies with Rasika Dugal's Beena Tripathi slowly seducing the new self-proclaimed king, Guddu Bhaiya. Alongside him are his loyal ally, Golu (Shweta Tripathi), Isha Talwar as the politician Madhuri Yadav, and Guddu Bhaiya's estranged parents, portrayed by Rajesh Tailang and Sheeba Chadha.

Since the last season ended with clues for a new season, fans have been eagerly awaiting the release. The show is set in the Uttar Pradesh city of Mirzapur, and the show's characters are primarily involved in crime and fighting for control of Mirzapur. Viewers are eager to know who won the power of Mirzapur and are waiting for its release schedule, so here's what we can tell you:

Here's All You Need To Know

The popular series was produced by Karan Anshuman and Puneet Krishna and has had two seasons so far. The strong Tripathi family, who conducts a gun and drug operation under the guise of a carpet company,7 is at the centre of Mirzapur. Two middle-class brothers band together with the family's patriarch, Kaleen Bhaiyaa (Pankaj Tripathi), to flee the clutches of their son Munna (Divyenndu Sharma), who is threatening their lawyer father with a lawsuit. What starts out as a way to safeguard their family quickly turns into a pursuit for unfettered power and money. An infuriated and jealous Munna comes after the family with a fresh vengeance, leading to a tragedy.

At the end of the first season, Munna kills Bablu and Sweety (Shriya Pilgaonkar), Guddu's wife, who was pregnant. In Season 2, Guddu and Golu (Shweta Tripathi Sharma, Sweety's sister who was married to Bablu) emerge as competitors to Kaleen Bhaiyya, aiming to take over his operations in Mirzapur.

Meanwhile, Munna Tripathi marries Madhuri Yadav, a widowed politician who later becomes Uttar Pradesh's Chief Minister, strengthening her husband's power. While Kaleen Bhaiyya tries to reclaim the power that his new enemies have stripped him of, his wife schemes to get revenge on her father-in-law while simultaneously gaining the seat of Mirzapur for her newborn son. At the end of season two, we see a massive gunfight between several groups attempting to achieve their last goals, which results in Munna's death.

Mirzapur New Season Release Date:

The producers have stated that the upcoming season will feature far more interesting mysteries and thrills than prior seasons. Pankaj Tripathi as Akhandanand Tripathi, Ali Fazal as Guddu, Shweta Tripathi as Golu, Rasika Duggal as Beena Tripathi, Harshita Gaur as Dimpy Pandit, and Shaji Choudhary as Maqbool Khan are among the stars slated to return in Mirzapur Season 3. As per the latest teaser, it is also believed that Munna's wife, Madhuri, played by Isha Talwar, will play an important role in the new season.
