Who Is Meher Vij? The Lead Actor Of Jahaan Chaar Yaar

Meher Vij, the Secret Superstars actor will soon be starring in the forthcoming film Jahaan Chaar Yaar. Alongside Vij, Swara Bhasker, Shikha Talsania, and Pooja Chopra have been roped in to star in the women-centric film.

In Jahaan Chaar Yaar the central characters, are middle-class women with grown children and distant husbands, have nothing to look forward to. What becomes a turning point is a getaway to Goa turns into a thrilling roller coaster they never imagined.

Jahaan Chaar Yaar would go on floors on 5 March in Prayagraj. The film would also mark the directorial debut of writer Kamal Pandey.

• Meher Vij is best known for her role in the 2017 film Secret Superstar, which also featured Aamir Khan and for her supporting role in Bhajrangi Bhaijaan.
• She was nominated for the Filmfare Awards in the category Best Actor in a Supporting Role for her role in Secret Superstar.
• Landing the role wasn’t an easy task as she auditioned nine times for the film.
• In a statement, the actor confessed that she has given up television because she is “not getting creative satisfaction”.
• She made her television debut with a drama series Stree Teri Kahani that aired on DD National.
• The actor also starred in Neeraj Pandey’s web series titled Special OPS.
• She aspires to play the character of a “witch or a psychotic character that has many layers”.
