In an interview with Hindustan Times, the actor revealed that she stayed away from Bollywood for so long so that she could concentrate on her education. She said, "Acting would have really distracted me in my schooling days. I didn’t want to be one of those child actors who drops out of school. As per reports, the film has been directed by Nilesh Sahay. The film has a little girl at the centre of it who has lost everything in life. With that, the film is going to explore the battle between national special forces. Apart from Raaj and Denzongpa, the film has also starred Amit Gaur, Pooja Batra and Mohan Kapur in pivotal roles. The makers have announced that the film will release on the OTT platform on November 12 this year. The male lead of the film in his statement said, "We’ve seen everything through this film - extreme weather and logistic issues due to restrictions during the pandemic but yet we were more on top. I’m proud to have this as my debut film and it’s been an honour working with Nilesh. I am truly looking forward to the audience experiencing the spectacle that Squad is,” he said.
