Upcoming series of Sakshi Tanwar, Mai has created excitement amongst the fans as they wait to see her as a dark, vengeful character, seeking justice for her daughter's death. Tanwar, who grew popular with television serials like Kahaani Ghar Ghar Ki, amongst others was also seen in a film opposite Aamir Khan Daangal.
Fans have seen Tanwar's different versions as characters, but it will be the first time for them to witness her emerge from her past performances and touch the grey side of storytelling. The audience will witness her playing the role of a mother, who is trying to settle with the emotions of losing her daughter while trying to decipher the plot behind the death.
This exploration will make her lead the way into the grim world of crime and its shrewdness of it. The trailer of the show scratches the surface but also shows how Tanwar's 47-year-old mother and wife character will emerge stronger as the show progresses. If anything, the two minute and ten-second long trailer have left the viewers craving for more.

The trailer begins with Tanwar's character Sheel asking her speech-impaired daughter about an incident when a truck hits her daughter and she sees her die in front of her. Sheel is shocked and broken from losing her daughter but soon down the trailer, she gathers herself with a purpose in mind, who killed her daughter.
The path to the truth, for her, is filled with crime, power, casual sexism and thriller. For she does not know what will happen next but is adamant about finding the truth. The trailer progresses fast from a docile mother to a mother who is slashing someone with an iron road towards the end of it.
It is created by Atul Mongia and Anshali Lal. The cast includes Tanwar, Raima Sen, Wamiqa Gabbi, Vivek Mushran and Seema Pahwa amongst others.
Mai Release Time
The exact time of the launch has not been revealed yet by the online platform but it is going to release on April 15.
