The much-awaited trailer of the film Kuttey was released on Tuesday. Another dark thriller from the makers of Haider and Kaminey, the film features an interesting cast including Tabu, Arjun Kapoor, Konkona Sen Sharma, Radhika Madan, Naseeruddin Shah, Kumud Mishra, Shardul Bharadwaj and Manish Sharma.
The film Kuttey marks Aasmaan Bhardwaj's directorial debut and features a multi-starrer cast in pivotal roles. Set against the backdrop of Mumbai, the story explores the dark side of crime, betrayal and the conflicts arising from greed.

Kuttey trailer release
The entire star cast of the Kuttey took to their social media to share the trailer of the film. The actors, director, and producers also came together on Tuesday for a press conference to share further details about the release.
The film's plot explores the greed of a few small gangs in Mumbai who indulge in crime and betrayal for huge sums of money. "All the dogs after one bone. Will these dogs bite the bone, or will they lose to greed?" ">reads the trailer's caption. The three female actors in the film Tabu, Konkana Sen Sharma and Radhika Madan come together in one frame in a powerful story that aims to do justice to their talents. At the trailer launch, Tabu revealed that her character in the film, that of a police officer, was initially written for a male actor. "This character at first was written for a male actor, however, it was changed for me. It was challenging but fun to play this kind of role."
One of the opening lines in the film goes, "There is a rule of the jungle, either kill or get killed." That sets the tone for what is to come in this film which is part of the Vishal Bharadwaj universe.
The film is produced by Vishal Bharadwaj and Rekha Bhardwaj, and by Luv Ranjan and Ankur Garg under the banner of Vishal Bhardwaj Films and Luv Films respectively. With Gulzar as the lyricist and Vishal Bhardwaj as the music composer, the film is sure to be a trendsetter regarding background score and music.
Kuttey will release in the theatres on January 13, 2023.
