Kirron Kher health update: During a recent Instagram live session actor and husband Anupam Kher recently gave an update about the health of his wife, actor-politician Kirron Kher.
BJP-MP Kirron Kher was diagnosed with blood cancer earlier this month. Her husband took to his social media handles to announce the news.

Speaking about his wife's current condition, Kher said that she is now improving. Though she is better, the medicines given to her have several side effects. He further added, "She is in good spirits and hopefully she will come out of it. If your prayers are with her, everything will be fine." In the course of the interaction, Kher mentioned that he has taken the first dose of COVID-19 vaccine and will be taking the next dose in May.
His followers also asked him about his mother Dulari and if they could watch movies in theatres. The actor answered that while doing so, all protocols issued by the government should be followed.
In early April, Kher thanked all the well-wishers for their love and support. He posted a video on Twitter and wrote, "Thank you everybody for your love, concern, best wishes and blessings for @KirronKherBJP. She conveys her gratitude t all of you. In a statement, Kher revealed that the BJP MP was undergoing treatment for multiple myeloma in Mumbai. This statement came a day after Arun Sood, Chandigarh BJP chief opened up about the politician's diagnosis.

A week after the revelation, it was reported that Anupam Kher had quit New Amsterdam, an NBC show where he played the role of Dr Kapoor. Kher himself confirmed the news recently.
