Free Your Mind: Kareena Kapoor Khan On International Day of Yoga

Kareena Kapoor Yoga Day: Like several fellow actors, Kareena Kapoor Khan too marked the International Day Of Yoga 2021 by sharing a post on social media. Khan took to sharing a picture in which she is seen wearing a white bikini while practicing yoga on a beach. There was no indication from the actor on whether the picture was recently clicked or was from an old vacation.

"Happy international yoga day," Khan captioned her Instagram story, also urging followers to "Free you mind". Khan's close friend Malaika Arora too had shared a post to mark the World Yoga Day. "Tomorrow, on account of international day of yoga, I plan to start my day with yoga and also, go to sleep after doing some yoga. What is your plan?" Arora wrote in her post.

Khan's sister Karisma Kapoor shared a series of picture on the occassion, sharing how her yoga session was interrupted by her pet Chanel. "This Yoga Day i thought Chanel will not interrupt my Yoga regime....but here we are," she wrote.

Several Bollywood stars have shared photographs and videos to mark the 2021 International Day of Yoga. Among them is Sara Ali Khan, Kareena Kapoor Khan's step-daughter. "Verified Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self. Happy International Yoga Day," Sara Ali Khan wrote in her post. Kareena Kapoor Khan was in news last week after she faced immense backlash on social media for allegedly asking rupees 12 crore to play the role of Sita in a mythological film. #BoycottKareenaKapoorKhan trended on social media after reports surfaced that she was charging 12 crore rupees to play the role of Sita in an upcoming film by Alaukik Desai.
