Aamir Khan's daughter, Ira Khan has now launched her own company, called 'Agatsu Foundation.'
She made an announcement regarding the same on her official Instagram handle. “I proudly present… Agatsu Foundation. I have registered a Section 8 company, called Agatsu Foundation, which launches today. Agatsu is my attempt of trying to find a balance, of trying to attain equilibrium, to make my life better for me and facilitate you by making your life better in whichever way. Come check us out!" she said in the video, which she uploaded on Instagram.
Ira Khan's mother and step-mother support her latest initiative
The Agatsu Foundation will work towards providing mental health support to people. Besides that, the foundation will also 'foster body awareness plans and aiming to promote self-actualisation.'
Ira Khan's friends and family came out to support her latest initiative. In a video released on Agatsu Foundation's Instagram handle, they can be seen greeting the foundation with a 'Hi.' The people who featured in the video included Fatima Sana Shaikh, Ira Khan's boyfriend Nupur Shikhare, and stand-up comedian Rahul Subramanian among others. Khan's mother, Reena Datta, and stepmother Kiran Rao also featured in the video.
Ira Khan celebrated her 23rd birthday earlier this month and spoke about the plans she had made for herself when she was a kid. In a video, she said that she wants to put an end to corruption and unemployment. She also said that she wanted to feed dogs, and earn lots of money, and donate it all to an NGO. She then said that she can now easily make all those plans come true.
Khan has earlier been vocal about mental health and had opened up about her battle with depression. She had revealed that she had been clinically depressed for almost four years.
