Gauahar Khan's Father Admitted To A Hospital In Mumbai

Gauahar Khan father admitted to Mumbai hospital: Television actor Gauahar Khan recently revealed in an Instagram Story that her father, Zafar Khan, has been admitted to a hospital in Mumbai due to health issues. On February 23, the Tandav actor posted a selfie from a hospital room in which she can be seen wearing a mask. Khan wrote in her story, "Please keep my dad in your prayers."

After some hours, she posted another picture on her IG stories featuring her in-laws, Ismail Darbar and Farzana Shaikh, standing outside the hospital. The actor thanked her family for their support. She wrote, "Family! Since they weren't allowed inside the hospital as visitors, they were taking the rounds of the hospital just to see if I'm ok. Best in-laws ever. Alhamudulilah Truly blessed."

Earlier this year, on her father's birthday, the Bigg Boss 8 winner had shared an emotional note on social media, which said, "To the coolest dad ever. My father, My friend, My forever. I love you Pappa. May Allah grant you the longest, healthiest life. Ameen. The Z’s in my life." She also had shared a picture with her father and husband Zaid Darbar.

Khan tied the knot with social media influencer Zaid Darbar on December 25. They had hosted a wedding reception for their close friends and family members in Mumbai afterwards. Filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali, television actor Gautam Rode and wife Pankhuri Awasthy, and designer Manish Malhotra were among the guests spotted at the wedding reception.

In an interview, Khan had called Darbar the “most amazing human being”. Talking about their lockdown memories, she had shared, “Especially during the lockdown, I was seeing life from a different perspective. I wasn’t looking for love and when I met him, it wasn’t like I had butterflies in my stomach instead it was more that I met my human. I could connect to him, he can handle me, understand and take care of me, love me and be my best friend. It is a little unbelievable when people hear our story. Our families know that this was meant to be.”

Gauahar Khan was last seen on Bigg Boss 14 as a Toofani Senior. She has featured in Bollywood films like Ishaqzaade and Begum Jaan. Darbar, who is the son of music composer Ismail Darbar, is also a choreographer.
