One of the most eagerly awaited films, Chhello Show, which is India's official submission to the 95th Academy Awards, will now release on OTT. The English title of this Gujarati movie, Last Film Show, was released on October 14 in Indian theatres.
The movie was nominated for awards and shown at prestigious film festivals around the world, including Tribeca and the Buenos Aires International Festival of Independent Cinema. It also won the best picture at the most recent Asian World Film Festival in Los Angeles.
Pan Nalin's semi-autobiographical coming-of-age drama follows nine-year-old Samay as he moves heaven and earth in pursuit of his 35mm dreams while being unaware of the heartbreaking moments that will soon befall him.
Nalin expressed his happiness at collaborating with an OTT platform to help the movie reach more people. He said,"Last Film Show’ is a celebration of films, food, friends, and family and now audiences across India can do exactly that from the comfort of their homes while watching it. As a filmmaker, I dream that the movie reaches the maximum number of people, and now, thanks to Netflix, ‘Last Film Show’ is just a click away"

The film stars Bhavin Rabari as Samay, Bhavesh Shrimali as Fazal, Richa Meena as Baa (Samay's mother), Dipen Raval as Bapuji (Samay's father) and Paresh Mehta as cinema manager. The film Chhello Show tells the nostalgic tale of a young Gujarati boy who is captivated by the magic of film.

It will be accessible on Netflix in India starting on November 25. After Chhello Show (the Last Film Show) premieres on the OTT platform, all Netflix subscribers will be able to watch it. The Gujarati-language original film will be available in Hindi dubbing on the platform. On the app, you can also download recent movie releases.
