What is the movie about?

The movie revolves around a street-smart entrepreneur named Armaan and his start-up which he initiated at the time of demonetisation. It also shows how the lives of some people completely changed after demonetisation. The star cast of the film Cash includes actors like Amol Parashar, Kavin Dave, Smriti Kalra. The film is directed by Rishabh Seth. Interestingly, it is his first film as a director. In a statement, he said that it is a fun-filled ride for all fans of comedy and surprise.

In the trailer, one can see Armaan nurturing the desire of becoming "India ka Elon Musk” in his eyes. What he does in order to fulfill that is worth watching. Veteran actor Gulshan Grover is also a part of the film.

Parashar spoke about his role in an interview. He said, "Armaan’s journey of struggle and hustle is what makes him relatable, and while playing the character, his basic traits and enthusiastic attitude of perceiving a difficult situation stood out to me.”

The official synopsis of Cash reads, “The government announces demonetisation. The same day, 25-year-old Armaan, down on his luck, middle class boy, grabs this as a golden opportunity. He takes on the near-impossible task of laundering 5 crore of “dirty” money in less than 52 days before the banks stop accepting old notes. But soon, hot on his heels are politicians, their minions, and a compulsively punctual dabbawala-turned-cop. In this high stakes struggle, will Armaan, his buddy Soda and a crooked real estate agent, Neha, succeed in converting the banned currency?”
