Wondering when and where to watch the Bridgerton new episodes? The online streaming platform has revealed the release date for Bridgerton Season 2, and it is only a few days away. Here is what we know so far:

Bridgerton is a period drama that premiered on December 25, 2020, with its first season. The series was renewed for a second season in April 2021, as well as a third and fourth season in the future, but filming for those has yet to begin. Season 2 of the famous series is about to hit the OTT screens, and viewers will be able to see the Bridgerton siblings' love stories once more.

The Bridgerton series is an eight-book series based on Julia Quinn's novels of the same name. It follows the amorous adventures of the Bridgerton siblings, Anthony, Benedict, Colin, Daphne, Eloise, Francesca, Gregory, and Hyacinth. The series is set in London between 1813 and 1827, and it clearly depicts the challenges and stigmas that plagued society in the period, particularly racial ones. Each season of the series will be based on one of the series' novels, with a total of eight seasons possible.

The story of Daphne, the fourth Bridgerton and the eldest daughter, was presented in the first season of the series. The plot revolved around her ascension into society and her hunt for a partner, which led to a fictitious betrothal that later became true. It was loosely based on The Duke and I, the first book in the novel series. The incredible connection between Daphne (Phoebe Dynevor) and Simon Basset (Rege-Jene Page), Duke of Hastings, was a highlight of the season.

When And Where To Watch Bridgerton New Episodes?

Bridgerton season 2 is intended to follow the second novel in the series, "The Viscount Who Loved Me", which is about Anthony, the eldest of the siblings, and Kate Sharma's love affair, which includes a judgmental sister of the girl who eventually warms up, but perhaps a bit too much. Jonathan Bailey portrays Anthony, and Simone Ashley was cast in the part of Kate Sharma. Kate's older sister, Edwina, will be played by Charithra Chandran. Edmund Bridgerton, the patriarch of the Bridgerton family, will be played by actor Rupert Young in season 2.
