Did Shibani Dandelkar Attend Farhan Akhtar's Bachelor's Party?

Farhan Akhtar and Shibani Dandekar seem to be all set for their February 21 wedding. As the big day draws close, friends of the actor-filmmaker threw a bachelor party for him, and it seems like the bride-to-be was in attendance too, but not in the way you think.

Akhtar and Dandekar are tying the knot after dating each other for over three years. It was the groom-to-be's father, acclaimed lyricist and screenwriter Javed Akhtar, who had confirmed the couple's wedding.

Pictures from Farhan Akhtar's bachelor party are doing rounds on the internet in which the actor was seen in the company of his close friends, one of whom is holding a mask featuring Akhtar and Dandekar's faces. The bachelor party photographs were shared by Akhtar himself on Instagram, with the caption, “The boys are back in town #stagdaynightfever (sic).” Shibani Dandekar commented, “Um technically i’m there too (sic).”

According to reports, the couple will have a court wedding and after a couple of days, both would celebrate their union with family and close friends at Javed Akhtar and Shabhana Azmi's Khandala property.

Because of the pandemic, just a few people will be able to attend the private celebration, according to Javed Akhtar. "Considering the situation, it is evident that we cannot host anything on a large scale," he explained. As a result, we'll only be calling a few people. It will be a relatively simple affair.
