After the wedding, the couple will reportedly live in a building called Sandhu Palace, which is still under development. Some reports suggest that Suniel Shetty bought the property for his daughter, Athiya Shetty, while others allege that it was bought by KL Rahul.

The actor's mother, Mana Shetty, who is also an interior designer, is said to have renovated the residence. The residence is just two blocks away from the Vastu building, where Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor have lived since their wedding. Shetty and KL Rahul are yet to give an official statement about their rumoured relationship or on the marriage rumours.

After their private wedding, the couple is expected to move into their new Pali Hill home. Each month, the couple is supposed to pay ten lakhs in rent until their Sandhu Palace house does not come to completion, as per reports.

 Meanwhile, Athiya Shetty was recently seen at the airport, where she was interrogated about her rumoured marriage to boyfriend KL Rahul. The actor attempted to avoid the topic at first, but later rejected it by saying no. These rumours were debunked previously by a newspaper citing Athiya Shetty's close friend. According to the report, the two people have their own professional responsibilities that they wish to focus on right now.

The couple's romance rumours began in 2019, with reports claiming that Shetty and the cricketer had begun to fall in love.
