All You Need To Know Aishwarya Sonar, Actor To Appear Alongside Chris Evans

Aishwarya Sonar is making headlines by bagging a role opposite Ryan Gosling and Chris Evans in the movie Gray Man. Here is all you need to know about the Indian Hollywood actor.

The Russo Brothers who are mostly known for their Marvel film directions, Anthony Russo and Joseph Russo directed the Gray Man which is said to be a spy thriller. The film is set for an OTT release, reportedly on the global platform of Netflix.

Here Are Seven Things To Know About Aishwarya Sonar:

1. Before the opportunity to work in a Hollywood film, Sonar had a career in modelling, assistant helming and acting in Marathi movies.
2. Although the actor bagged a comparatively minor role in the movie, she reported being glad to start her career with the film. She said, "I’m glad I got to start my journey here with this film, even if it is a small part."
3. Mostly known for her performance in the 2017 Marathi film Kaay Re Rascalaa, produced by Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Dr Madhu Chopra, she has also appeared in The Shift, Nitishastra and Through Her Glasses.
4. The Indian Hollywood actor hailing from Maharashtra told a leading daily that she had no hopes of bagging the role even after being shortlisted. She reported experiencing a lot of heartbreaks before and has "learnt everything the hard way". She said, "when I found out I was shortlisted, I didn’t make much of it cause the heart has been broken many times and I’ve learnt it the hard way - to audition and forget and move on. I was waiting for them to send me back home on the day I was on set."
5. The veteran actor drew inspiration for her career from the American films she grew up watching.
6. Although she originally wanted to pursue arts as a career, she pursued a BA in Business Administration.
7. Sonar, who got recognised for bagging a role in a Hollywood film, isn't the only Indian to be appearing in the movie. Dhanush will play a role in the same, alongside Chris Evans and Ryan Gossling.
