Bollywood actor Preity Zinta has now received the second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. She announced the same on her social media handles and urged everyone else to get vaccinated as well.
"I took my second covid shot and am vaccinated. I would request everyone to get vaccinated so we are all safe," she tweeted. She also shared pictures of herself getting vaccinated at the BKC Jumbo COVID-19 Vaccination Centre in Mumbai.

A few days ago, the actor had wished for the speedy recovery of Punjab Kings player KL Rahul. In her tweet, she revealed that KL Rahul had complained of severe abdomen pain, and was not responding to any medication. It was soon detected that he was suffering from acute appendicitis. He then successfully went through surgery for the same on Monday.
