- She is not a birthday person. The actor in an interview said that she does not find them exciting. "I feel very happy when my songs are played on the radio on my birthday. I feel that's cool, it makes you feel you've done something, and here it is, you can hear it. That's my little joy," she said.
- Please plant trees. The actor and environmentalist Juhi Chawla has urged her fans to plant more trees as a birthday gift. The actor also shared a link where people can plant a sapling by paying Rs 42.
- At the Kapil Sharma Show, the actor shared an incident where she was shooed away by the taxi drivers in Mumbai ahead of Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak's release in 1988. She was given the task of going from taxi to taxi and asking them to put up the film's poster but instead got turned away as they did not know who Aamir Khan was. This was her first film with Aamir Khan.
- Salman Khan had once reportedly asked Juhi Chawla for marriage. In an old interview, the actor revealed that he found her sweet and reportedly had asked for Chawla's hand for marriage from her father but he said no. Juhi Chawla is married to Jay Mehta.

- Juhi Chawla was recently in news for her signing one lakh rupees surety bond in the bail of Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan for the drugs case by the Narcotics Control Bureau. Aryan's lawyer Satish Maneshinde in an interview said that she knows him (Aryan) since birth.
- Juhi Chawla called out 'item songs' like Munni Badnam Hui and Chikni Chameli at a conversation around women empowerment. She said, "Are we listening to the lyrics? These lyrics were written by men and not women. Should we be listening to these songs? Should we be allowing it?" Even though she has danced on a couple of these songs herself she said that she never enjoyed dancing to lyrics like "Jaab Tak Rahega Samose mein aalu..."
- She chose not to take the role of Nisha in the cult film Dil Toh Pagal Hai, which was later played by Karisma Kapoor because "she did not want to be second". Although she believes that it was not a wise decision.
- Not just that she rejected a role in Raja Hindustani starring Aamir Khan and in an interview said, "When you are flying too high, many times, you let your ego take the decisions. In my case, I ended up making Karisma Kapoor a star in the process. I was the first choice for Raja Hindustani."
- Juhi Chawla represented India at the Miss Universe Pageant at Miami in the United States in 1984 but failed to make a spot at the Top 10 semi-finalist list although she won the best National Costume Award.
