PV Sindhu birthday: Ace Indian badminton player PV Sindhu turns 26 on July 5. As she has been prepping for the upcoming Tokyo Olympics this month. Social media was flooded with birthday wishes for the Hyderabad-based shuttler who has made the country proud at multiple international tournaments.
After becoming the first Indian woman to win a silver medal at the Olympics Games five years back in Rio, Sindhu has been rightfully hailed as a superstar in the Indian sporting circuit. After the year 2016, she went on to win medals at both the 2018 Commonwealth Games and Asian Games. In 2019, she became the first Indian to win the World Badminton Championships beating Nozomi Okuhara in the finals. Currently, she is one of the Tokyo Olympics favourites, becoming the only Indian female shuttler to have made the cut.
