Often, we tend to assume that well-known personalities lead flawless lives, with perfect habits contributing to their success. However, this isn't always the case. They, like all of us, are imperfect humans who make mistakes, learn from them, and strive for improvement.

This understanding of their lives, what mistakes they've made, how they've learned from them, and what advice they have for others, is often brought to light through shows like The Rule Breaker. Hosted by Shaili Chopra, this show invites guests from diverse backgrounds who not only discuss the rules and records they've broken but also the bad habits they've overcome. The aim is clear: by sharing these experiences, viewers can unlearn detrimental habits early on and prioritise their well-being for the best possible outcomes.

In a recent interview, Dharna Durga, a popular comedy content creator, candidly discussed the health challenges she has faced amidst her busy schedule. Known for her humorous content on social media, Dharna highlighted the crucial need for creators to prioritise both physical fitness and mental well-being.

"I haven't prioritised my health for a long time," Dharna admitted. She described how her work often takes precedence over basic needs like eating on time. "When I'm working, I tend to prioritise work over eating. If lunchtime gets delayed until 2-3 pm, I skip it and end up eating around 5-6 pm after finishing my video."

Her busy schedule led to unhealthy habits, including dependency on medications. "At one point, I became reliant on medications, ignoring signs like headaches, thinking they would pass on their own," she revealed. However, she recognised the repercussions of neglecting her health. "Late nights take a toll on the body, and one must consider practicalities—will I be able to function tomorrow? It's not the end; there's always another day."

Dharna emphasised the importance of taking proactive steps towards better health. "Don't procrastinate when it comes to your health," she advised. "Start paying attention now to build resilience for the future."
