Now after this accident, you know that he knows that you used to bite people when you were six (eye-roll). Whenever we visit a relative or friend’s place and we sit to have a meal, my mom has a I don’t know what habit of telling me not to eat much. When Your Friend Just Cannot Shut Up
My friends are close to my family as well. So my family often talks to them on calls and chills with them. Sometimes maybe a lot. Like this one time, when my friend used the baddest curse word while my phone was on speaker. My mother was shocked and I had to convince her that it is just for fun. But my mom was like how could he use such a bad word for fun. She has since doubted that also abuse at that level (not that I ever deny that). Or like this other time when my friend spilled my crushes in front of her. He said all those things, had fun and went home. But I had to live with that embarrassment for the rest of my life. My mom is chill and all but the list was so long that my mom thought I am a playgirl. She did not say it but the look in her eyes said it all.

Moms often discuss their children’s health in their friend circle. I know this because the other day I saw my neighbour aunty going to jog in the morning. I greeted her and she said that I too should jog, it is good for my acidity problems. It was so awkward, there is literally no filter when moms speak. This happens a lot of times that you tell your mom something considering her a loyal friend and keep it a secret but she decides to candidly blurt it out to the person she should not have. You find the neighbour’s son cute and in a conversation with your mom, you compliment him. This is the most awkward situation that you two could be in. She searches for something in your purse and comes across a condom. Now scolding you for taking safety measures will not look good on her part so she will keep silent. But she finds it so tough to unsee it. She is embarrassed to ask you about it. And on the other hand you know that she must have seen it or else she would not have gone silent. But you are embarrassed to tell. Result : avoiding eye contact, air of awkwardness surrounding you two. Super gloomy.
When She Catches You Watching Censored Content
You should always close all the tabs when you leave your system. And if you are watching something explicit, make sure you sit near the wall with your screen facing the wall. Because trust me you don’t want your mom to accidentally have a glance at your screen. If that happens, you will have life-long second hand embarrassment to bear along with the responsibility of bringing her back from the shocked state.
