“I'm 21 years old but people think I'm younger than that. When someone looks at me for the first time, they think that I am young, and then they ask how old I am. When I tell them that I am 21, they think that I'm joking. Then I tell them that it is true that I have a problem.
By birth, I didn't have a bladder and one of my kidneys is completely damaged and the other is smaller than the regular size. Urine should not accumulate in the human body as it may cause health consequences. So, when I was 3 months old, I underwent surgery to create a hole on both sides of the kidney so that a passage is created for urine to pass.
This is the major reason why I constantly urinate and have to wear a diaper the whole day. Due to constant leakage of urine inside my body, my height isn't increasing and I'm 3 feet 4 inches only, as there has been no growth of bones and reduction of calcium as well. This disease is known as Chronic Kidney Disease.
I had a lot of trouble growing up and still do because everything becomes difficult, I had a lot of operations in my childhood. I was not getting admission to school because of my problem. Then, with great difficulty, I got admission and started going to school. I used to have a lot of fun but also felt scared that I would fall from someone's blow. I have a lot of trouble getting up to go out. I can't walk, I have to go on a wheelchair everywhere so it becomes very difficult to lead a normal lifestyle.
I have done many shows like Indian Idol Season 11 2019, Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Lil Champs 2018, Truly Born Different Documentary London 2022, Kurdistan National TV Documentary 2022, Miss Wheelchair India Finalist 2021, India’s Divyang Glamour Winner 2023, and many more.
Today I’m a successful singer and wheelchair model. I want to give this message to the whole world that we get this life only once, so we should spend it happily as no matter how bad things go we should live life with happiness. Happiness and sorrow are a part of life & one should not panic.”
