Stress at work can reportedly lead to depression. These cases are particularly high in a developing country like India where the nerve-wracking pressure to perform and deliver is at an all-time high. Prateek Sharma, working in a Gurugram-based firm, talks about the light atmosphere companies maintain to ensure their employees' well-being.
