The Twitter user also shared the series of events that happened and thanked Mumbai Police in her post. In her post she wrote, "Thank you @MumbaiPolice for making my day."
The tweet also received a heartwarming reply from the Mumbai Police. The state police wished the woman a happy birthday and said that it was a token of appreciation for her being a responsible citizen and staying home even on her birthday. They also said that her 'safe' celebration today would help the city to bring a 'happy' tomorrow.

Meanwhile, India's tally of COVID-19 has recorded a rise of 3,32,730 new cases and the total number of cases in the country has reached 1,62,63,695 with more than 24-lakh active cases according to the data by Union Health Ministry on Friday, April 23. The total death toll in the country increased to 1,86,920 and the country recorded 2,263 new deaths according to the data updated at 8 am on Friday.
Maharashtra alone has reported 67,000 new cases while the cases in Uttar Pradesh are 34,250, and Delhi has recorded 26,170 new cases. The total death tally in a day in Maharashtra, Delhi, and Chattisgarh are 568, 306 and 207 respectively.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi met the Chief Ministers of the states who were worst hit by COVID-19. Among the Ministers were Maharashtra's Uddhav Thackeray, Kerala's Pinarayi Vijayan, Delhi's Arvind Kejriwal and Rajasthan's Ashok Gehlot. The online meeting was also attended by the Union Home Minister Amit Shah.
