When the police official tried to pull her over, the woman abused him, saying, 'Haat Kaat ke rakh dungi, Himmat kaise hui teri gaadi chhoone ki,' translating to 'I will cut off your arm. How dare you lay a hand on my bike?'

Police stated that they received a call from the Bandra-Worli Sea Link security staff saying that a woman identified as Nupur Mukesh Patel was riding a bullet on the Sea Link heading towards south Mumbai.
The police officials explained that when police personnel stopped her for speeding, the woman started arguing with them, saying that her father owned the road and she was a taxpayer, so no one could stop her. Despite requests, she was not ready to move her vehicle to the side of the road and continued to argue with the police.
She also got into an unnecessary argument with the police and even pushed a constable. The police then booked her for obstruction, negligent driving, endangerment, and assault on a public servant.
The woman is found to be a resident of Madhya Pradesh’s Jabalpur, and her bullet is registered with a real estate firm. She was issued a notice under Section 41A of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC) for appearing before the investigating officer and was later allowed to go.
